Walking- und Lauftraining kann das Wohlbefinden steigern, eine Körperstraffung und allgemeine Fitnesssteigerung sowie erhöhte Fettverbrennung zur Folge haben. Das Fitnessgerät spricht nahezu die gesamte Körpermuskulatur an, egal ob beim Gehen, Walken oder Joggen. Der übersichtliche Computer inklusive Tablet- und Smartphone-Halterung mit Blue-Backlit-LCD-Display ist leicht bedienbar und zeigt alle relevanten Werte auf einen Blick an.
